The room was very nice and open..we only had to spend the night bc of a volleyball tournament. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included. Also, my daughter showered, the my husband and then me. I could not turn the knob to shut it off, my husband tried but the water did not turn off. We own our own construction business so he went and grabbed a tool kit and was able to take it apart to try and shut the water off. But still couldn’t, so I called the front desk to tell her and I was taking fast bc we needed to leave and that the shower was still running etc and she said that I needed to stop and I should not be testy. I explained I was not testy I was just concerned about what would happen and if they could get a plumber out so no damage. She said he was an hour away. We had to leave so not sure what happened but was surprised that the I was even spoken to like that on that type of situation. Very rude!!

If you’re someone with a sensitive back that needs a firm mattress, this is not the spot for you, my friend. For others, I think it would’ve felt very comfortable. Staff was friendly, accommodations appeared clean, and there were several dining options; and a Dollar General Market across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the farmer’s market across the street Saturday morning. Overall, a good stay aside from my picky spine.

We had problems with our Booking.com booking (wrong room) and they were not able to be resolve it while we were on site, BUT it was resolved by the hotel staff after we returned home. I appreciate that they finally helped to resolve it, even after we got home. We would stay here again but we'd book directly with the hotel and double check the sheets next time.
